I’m a sentimental soul who genuinely feels like I’m living in the good old days right now. I feel things deeply. I love sunsets and I love sunrises (even though I’m not always great at the early wake-ups). I’m happiest when I’m at the beach, adventuring with my family or taking it slow on a Sunday morning, pottering around the house, bacon and eggs for breakfast with nowhere to be and no reason to rush.
I’ve always been creative. I spent years working in hairdressing, then took time off to stay home & raise my girls. During that season, I ran a small business making children’s clothing, until I picked up a camera after having my second daughter and felt a pull I couldn’t ignore. I wanted to capture the tiny moments that were passing too quickly. And that’s exactly what I want to do for you too.
I’m drawn to sessions that don’t feel forced or picture perfect. I want to capture real life.. baking together in your family home, reading the newspaper on a quiet morning, kids running through the backyard sprinkler, days spent on the farm, hanging at the skate park, sandy kisses by the beach, or eating pizza in the park as the sun goes down.
I’m deeply invested in telling each family’s unique, wonderful story. Having a little family of my own has never made me want to freeze time more than I do right now, and I think that’s why I care so much about freezing it for you, too.
